Privacy Policy

The short version: OnCall@ stores only what it needs to build your department's on-call schedules — your sign-in email and the roster information your schedule manager enters. We do not run ads, we do not sell data, and we never store patient information.
What we collect
- Account information: your email address, used to sign you in and connect you to your department.
- Roster content: the staff names, roles, shift rules, and schedules that your department's schedule manager enters or imports. This describes work schedules only — OnCall@ has no fields for, and no reason to hold, any patient data.
- Device preferences: language, theme, and view choices are kept on your own device (browser storage) and never leave it.
How the AI features work
When a schedule manager uses an AI feature — importing an old roster file or typing a scheduling instruction — the text of that roster or instruction is sent to our AI processing provider to be read, and the structured answer is returned. The text is used to answer that request; we do not use your rosters to train AI models.
Where data lives
Schedules and accounts are stored with our database provider (Supabase) over encrypted connections, protected by row-level security so that each department's data is visible only to its own members. Team members can see the published schedule and their own assignments; only the schedule manager can edit.
What we never do
- No advertising and no advertising trackers.
- No selling or sharing of your data with third parties beyond the processors named above.
- No patient data — the product is a staff-scheduling tool, not a medical-records system.
Your choices
- You can ask for your account and your department's data to be exported or permanently deleted at any time.
- Departments own their rosters: removing a staff member from the roster also revokes that person's access.

ما الذي نجمعه
- معلومات الحساب: بريدك الإلكتروني، لتسجيل دخولك وربطك بقسمك.
- محتوى الجداول: أسماء الطاقم وأدوارهم وقواعد المناوبات والجداول التي يدخلها أو يستوردها مدير الجدولة في قسمك. هذه بيانات جداول عمل فقط — لا توجد في اونكول@ أي حقول لبيانات المرضى ولا حاجة لها.
- تفضيلات الجهاز: اللغة والمظهر وطريقة العرض تُحفظ على جهازك فقط ولا تغادره.
كيف تعمل ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي
عندما يستخدم مدير الجدولة ميزة ذكاء اصطناعي — كاستيراد جدول قديم أو كتابة تعليمات جدولة — يُرسل نص ذلك الجدول أو التعليمات إلى مزوّد المعالجة الذكية لقراءته وإرجاع الإجابة المنظمة. يُستخدم النص للإجابة على ذلك الطلب فقط، ولا نستخدم جداولكم لتدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي.
أين تُحفظ البيانات
تُخزَّن الجداول والحسابات لدى مزوّد قواعد البيانات (Supabase) عبر اتصالات مشفّرة، ومحمية بصلاحيات على مستوى الصفوف بحيث لا يرى بيانات كل قسم إلا أعضاؤه. يرى أعضاء الفريق الجدول المنشور ومناوباتهم فقط، ولا يعدّل الجداول إلا مدير الجدولة.
ما لا نفعله أبداً
- لا إعلانات ولا متتبعات إعلانية.
- لا بيع أو مشاركة لبياناتك مع أطراف ثالثة خارج المعالجات المذكورة أعلاه.
- لا بيانات مرضى — المنتج أداة جدولة للطاقم الطبي، وليس نظام سجلات طبية.
خياراتك
- يمكنك طلب تصدير بيانات حسابك وقسمك أو حذفها نهائياً في أي وقت.
- الأقسام تملك جداولها: إزالة أحد أفراد الطاقم من الجدول تُلغي وصوله أيضاً.
