What OnCall@ is

OnCall@ is a staff-scheduling tool for hospital and clinic teams. It helps a schedule manager build, review, and publish monthly on-call schedules, and lets team members view their assignments and request changes during a review window.

Your responsibilities

• The published schedule is the manager's decision. OnCall@ proposes schedules and explains its reasoning, but the schedule manager reviews and approves every published month. Always verify coverage before relying on a schedule for clinical operations.
• Enter only work-scheduling information. Do not enter patient information anywhere in the product.
• Keep your sign-in email secure, and remove staff from the roster when they leave the department.

The service

• OnCall@ is provided as-is, currently in an actively developed beta. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• AI-assisted features (roster import, instruction parsing, schedule checks) can misread unusual documents. The product surfaces what it read and why so you can verify — reviewing the result is part of using it.
• Paid plans, when offered, will have their pricing and limits stated at the point of purchase.

Fair use

Do not attempt to access other departments' data, probe the service's security, or use the product to store content unrelated to staff scheduling. We may suspend accounts that do.
